All our recent machinery investments are driven with low energy servo motors as standard, all new flexographic equipment have L.E.D. curing , using 60 % less energy than traditional U.V. mercury lamps.

Upcycled

Backing liners can now be re-introduced back into the manufacture of the label face paper, accounting for approximately 15 % of the label construction. There is a liner recycling service available via our preferred material suppliers, please ask for details.
