Hot Foil Label Printing
 The hot foil process is ideal for short run labels, or where large numbers of variants are required, the set up is fast and the flat bed tooling relatively inexpensive. Our foiling machines are able to laminate, die-cut, emboss and sheet in line, giving a highly finished label or tag. They can also interface with our thermal transfer and digital machines. Label designs produced as line work and solid areas are ideal for the hot foil process. Label Tec Scotland are one of the few companies able to print multi-colour labels using the Hot Foiling process.

Flexography Label Printing
 Flexography is a rotary process ideal for high volume conversion of labels due to the running speed of the machines, Using ink as the print medium enables accurate matches to specific pantone shades. Labels can also be varnished or laminated in line, label designs containing photographs and fine gradiation of tone can also be printed using the Flexography process.

Thermal Transfer Label Printing
 Thermal Transfer is a plateless technology produces a computer generated print using a ribbon which passes between the print head and the substrate to be printed onto. Ideal for printing sequential bar-codes or any type of variable information. Label Tec are one of the few companies able to interface thermal transfer and hot foil in-line, producing die-cut variably printed labels with clear protective over laminates.

Digital label Printing
 This cutting edge technology is able to print photographic quality labels without the use of printing plates. Ideal for short to medium runs. This process works from artwork on disk or even from an e-mail to produce instant print. Again Label Tec has pioneered the interface between digital and hot-foil, enabling Label Tec to offer affordable, highly finished digital labels to our customers.
